Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM ZERO Prequel Movie Confirmed for January 2027 Release

In an effort to stabilize war-torn regions and halt extremist factions like Blue Cosmos, Cagalli Yula Athha leads the creation of COMPASS, a global peace monitoring agency.

The prequel shifts narrative focus onto Shinn Asuka, who is struggling to find his path following the war. When a mobile suit with an extensive combat history is transferred to COMPASS’s temporary facility on Onogoro Island, mysterious insurgents infiltrate the base and steal the Strike Freedom Gundam.
