Publisher DMM Games and developer f4samurai have officially announced that the Japanese service for tactical mobile and PC RPG Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Stories will permanently shut down on December 7, 2026. Following the termination of the English regional servers in August 2024, this decision brings the active lifespan of the free-to-play spin-off to a complete close across iOS, Android, and DMM GAMES PLAYER. All microtransactions, including Sakuradite currency, the Lost Stories Pass, and Starter Packs, have been disabled immediately ahead of the final server closure.

What Is the Timeline for Code Geass Lost Stories Final Content Updates?
Despite the upcoming shutdown, the development team confirmed that new content will continue to launch until the final day. Originally planned as a two-part narrative arc focusing on Lelouch Lamperouge and an original protagonist, strong player retention led to Part 3 adapting Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection, followed by Part 4 and Part 5 connecting directly into the film project Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture.
During November 2026, the game will receive two major narrative epilogues:
- Main Story Epilogue: Wraps up the overarching conflict involving the original protagonist and the Holy Britannian Empire.
- RE Story Epilogue: Delivers final story chapters dedicated to expanded alternate universe and Rozé of the Recapture tie-in campaigns.
How Can Players Claim Refunds and Access the Offline Memorial Version?
To preserve story scenarios, character profiles, and 3D Knightmare Frame models, f4samurai plans to release a standalone Offline Memorial Version following the server shutdown. Specific installation instructions and data migration details will be shared via the game’s official website and social media channels.
Refund Instructions for Unused Paid Sakuradite:
- Eligible Purchases: Players with unused paid Sakuradite on the App Store, Google Play, or DMM GAMES PLAYER qualify for a monetary refund.
- Crucial Action Step: Do not delete or uninstall the game application before submitting your refund request.
- Player ID: Open your player profile settings and record your exact Player ID and transaction records in advance.
Code Geass fans can log in to Code Geass: Lost Stories today to play through the final story updates before servers go offline on December 7, 2026.
