What Is Reincarnated in a Mafia Dating Sim About?

The story follows the granddaughter of a real-world Yakuza boss who meets an untimely end and wakes up inside a high-stakes otome dating video game. Reincarnated as Francesca Calvino, she finds herself positioned as the lead heroine in a fantasy realm where powerful crime families support the monarchy.

Knowing the game inside and out, Francesca formulates a clear exit strategy: stay out of criminal affairs, complete the storyline smoothly, and secure a peaceful life. Her immediate priority is calling off her arranged marriage to Leonardo Aldini, the terrifying head of the Aldini syndicate and the main villain of the game.

Plans go awry when Francesca uses her real-life Yakuza background to easily handle a dangerous kidnapping plot without any help from the game’s heroic male leads. Her display of sharp instinct and resilience backfires by intensely intriguing Leonardo. Instead of breaking off the arrangement, the dangerous crime lord becomes fiercely devoted to her, turning her quest for a quiet life into a romantic game of cat and mouse.
